In the quiet of the countryside but only 45 minutes by train from Paris (Saint Lazard station and the Olympic sites, charming house located in complete peace and quiet, 5 minutes' walk from the railway station. Return trains from Paris until 11:30 p.m. in the evening. Car parking. 15 minutes by bike on the bike path Paris - Le Havre to the gardens and the Monet house in Giverny. New bedding, games, lots of books, DVDs, table football and bicycles. Flower garden. MacArthur Glen premium outlet 10 minutes away for a high-end shopping and dining experience. La Maison de Louise is completely renovated and furnished with charm and care for your comfort. The spirit and soul of Louise Damasse, painter, who had this house built in 1930, revives there. Wallpapers and paints are by Farrow & Ball, charming crockery, books, board games, ... and a Bonzini table football
La maison de Louise is a lovely house located in the center of Vernon in a peaceful street 700 m from the Vernon-Giverny railway station (direct from Paris Saint Lazare in 45 min). Access to "La Seine à Vélo" bike lanes leading to Giverny (15 min), Le Havre, Deauville or Paris.
On Saturday morning, large market of fresh and local products. Impressionism museums, Monet's gardens, cinema, theatre, nature, cycling, museums and castles. Calm and change of scenery guaranteed. New bedding, charming decoration.
After the big construction site of the house, we are tackling that of the garden and the terraces. Currently the front garden is landscaped and a terrace is installed for your comfort but the rear garden is still fallow and will not be landscaped before autumn 2023.
